Remove one lens and clean it by rubbing it with the cleaning solution for at least 5 seconds. 3. Rinse the lens with cleaning solution to remove any remaining debris. 4. Place the lens in a clean case filled with fresh cleaning or storage solution. 5. Repeat the process with the other lens. 6. I recommend these anti-fog wipes they really do the job, they may cost a bit more than ordinary wipes but its worth it . I would say the anti-fog when applied lasts for up to 24 hours.REALLY PLEASED WITH THEM will certainly be purchasing again.
